Documents to be legalised for use in the United Arab Emirates need first to be sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to be apostilled and then presented to the Consular Section of the Embassy of United Arab Emirates for attestation.Apostille Fees

Commercial documents for legalisation for the UAE must be certified separately. For example: The memorandum and articles of association of a company are treated separately and therefore be legalised separately.
The Embassy of the UAE will only legalise documents relating to a non-UK company if the documents are signed in the presence of a notary public in the UK.
The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in London also has jurisdiction for legalising documents originating from UK Overseas Territories (Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Island, Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Turks and Caicos Islands), UK Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland.
These documents must first be legalised by the relevant legalisation authorities in that country and then, in the case of the UK Overseas Territories, re-stamped by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in the UK prior to submission to the UAE Embassy.
